-The workload is to much -The manager and higher ups expects us to complete work of 2-3 people in one day because they dont want to spend money or plan properly -No fixed routine they keep expecting us to work the whole time - No one to take actions of concerns - alot of micro management - this has caused a stressful work culture and affecting employees health - they don’t provide india leaves or US leaves but promise in the offer letter that we get 42 leaves

- Strong mission to use AI to help consumers with smarter financial plan to reduce debt and build credit score and wealth - Great culture to ensure employees can grow and thrive quickly in the company - Really "impact" and "output" driven work ethics instead of face time or inputs, minimal politics - Rooms to advance career for everyone to take on more responsibility as the company scales up very quickly
