A lot of independence in the role — I was trusted to manage my own workload and operate pretty much as my own boss. Company vehicle provided. Tools and gas card were supplied, which made the job convenient and efficient. Good hands-on experience and field autonomy.

There was rarely a consistent or set schedule, which made work-life balance difficult at times. Communication could be poor, especially regarding expectations, scheduling, and coordination. At times, the lack of structure created unnecessary stress and confusion.
