Pros

None. These guys are seriously fraudsters.

Cons

I was tricked into moving 2000 miles for this job abd once I got there, I was treated abusively and the supervisor committed an actual white collar crime against me. They had someone screaming into the phone right across from me and while I was there, I didn't hear one single professional on the phone.

Pros

Since working for C2C Resources, I have had a positive outlook on the process of collections. The team is extremely knowledgeable and the quality of service provided to each client is exceptional. I love being able to help clients recover accounts with past balances. I love that I was trained one on one to understand my job description and duties. When I am unsure about anything, management is very helpful. We have great benefits such as health care, vision, 401k, etc... I have a great work/ life balance with an awesome work schedule. My schedule consists of weekdays (1hr lunch), with weekends and holidays off. I'm very excited about the opportunities for growth within the company and I am looking forward to more years here with C2C!!!

Cons

There aren't any cons working here! I love coming to an environment where I can get my job done effectively!

Pros

The agency allows you to "do what you do" as the environment is relaxing and the employees are motivational and attentive to others needs when necessary. The owners and managers are encouraging unlike other agencies where you are just a "potential revenue stream", and not treated fairly. I have had the opportunity to work with Sven who is one of the owners in which I have developed a friendship from my work environment which is rare for me. There are 2 paid breaks and 1 hour lunches, along with contest to win extra cash monthly.

Cons

There is no program to train new collectors and mold them into where they need to be. Everyone hired must have experience.
