      Pros

      I enjoy my team and my work at Carat. I also feel that I have good opportunities to “shine” here. Fully remote policy even into 2025. Great PTO policy.

      Cons

      Pay is very low for junior level employees like myself. Potential to be gridlocked on certain accounts and not receive promotions. No bonuses. Took away annual salary review in 2024 (adjusting salaries on an annual basis.)

      - The team ran like a well-oiled machine - flexible in hours - unlimited PTO - vendors were easy to work with

      Cons

      - micro-management from upper management - upper management restructured everything but it was worse than before
