Pros
Honestly, the main pro was the people, and most of them left during the pandemic era. Also weekly pay was nice.
Cons
Leadership generally lacked planning, clear communication, and process skills.
Lots of pointless bureaucracy that wasted time and bogged down projects.
Unrealistic expectations and lack of strong support systems.
Talked the talk but never walked the walk. Pay is grossly under the national average, which was fine when they only had to compete with local Upper Peninsula businesses... But they're supposedly nationwide now, yet they fail to act like it.
Manipulation is the name of the game.
