Pros

Small-Group Setting. The HR, Tech, & Repossess Director are absolutely amazing.

Cons

There are too many changes that don't benefit the employees. Intentionally create strategies to hinder employees from getting a bonus. No room for growth. The owner isn't pleasant, and the manager isn't helpful or respectful. The team lead is rude and never gives clear instructions. The owner of the company doesn't have morals. He intentionally sells "luxury" cars that have been in an accident and charges double for what the car is worth to customers who are not financially literate and have bad credit. There is no work/life balance. When the company isn't doing well as a whole there is mandatory overtime every Saturday & and the lunch hour is reduced to 30 minutes until the goals are met.

Pros

Coworkers are great and very informative when help is needed. The building has free Soda and a snack room with snacks available for purchase. Decent benefits. Causal work atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

Management is not great at all, they get new managers every 6 months, the turn over rate is ridiculous throughout this entire company, there are barely any people working here and the people that are here are expected to pick up slack for all the people fired or quitting. There are constant company policy changes and you may or may not be notified of the changes, but you will get in trouble if you don't follow them weather you were informed about them or not. They fire new hires for no reason other than "they were too confident", they do not work with employees and are very condescending. There is little to no training, multiple people (like one third of the people) on the collections floor tested positive for Covid and others were still expected to show up to the office instead of letting people work from home. They don't promote from within the company, instead they hire a heap of new people and leave them to learn on their own. This company promises money but pays the bare minimum to seasoned employees and gives higher wages to new people who have to be trained by the seasoned employees with no training pay and depending on who you are you may or may not be written up for violating the dress code. I wouldn't say don't work here, just make sure you have a solid back up plan and you can submit to whatever change or demand they send your way.
