Pros

handworking and passionate employees trying to do the right thing.

Cons

I already wrote a review on here lol but would like to add that there was once 70+ reviews on this company on Glassdoor and they are nowhere to be found now.. I spent an entire work day reading them all once. I'm sure the company is using the merge with CAPA and rebrand as the excuse .. but I thought anyone who ends up on this page should know their experience is nothing new ;)

Pros

I would encourage anyone that is looking for a role in an organization with a solid business plan for the future, passionate and fun employees, and minimal drama to apply and join us! This has been a great place for me to grow my career, I have access to LinkedIn learning courses whenever I want, the culture is warm and welcoming and working with students studying abroad can be a lot of fun too! All around good staff and not a lot of people leaving, people tend to stick around. Granted, there have been some changes including acquisitions and restructuring due to duplicate positions, but everything was done with the best interest of the business and the employees in mind. Is the company owned by a PE firm? Yes, but that isn't a bad thing and in fact, has allowed us to grow considerably. Those that leave nasty reviews about management and senior leadership and the sorority atmosphere often times were part of the problem and led to a toxic culture so it is a good thing they are gone. We don't want the drama here!! There is no time for it, we are all plenty busy growing a business!

Cons

Comp seems a bit low but the benefits are good and the PTO is pretty generous. Add in a hybrid schedule if you are in Phoenix and it makes for a pretty great workplace. I would hate to be remote all the time anyways even though I do have to commute a distance, the excitement of being around coworkers is exhilarating. The office is running out of space - desks and offices and that means parking can be challenging but we make it work and it's a good problem to have since that means the company is growing in a time when many others are laying off.

Pros

The mission of international education is one that many people can get behind in hopes of 'changing the world'. There are a good amount of people who are good, caring, and genuinely a joy to work with. That's where the pros end.

Cons

The ownership and senior leadership is a joke. They do not treat people as humans, with respect, dignity, and value. They are constantly changing at a high rate of speed with no care for the people that make their business work. I have seen the company absorb other companies in summer of 2025 without any plan to communicate to employees, integration plans, or transitions, and lay people off without even knowing what the jobs they do are. I have seen individuals laid terminated without cause and without any wrong-doing after over a decade of service, without any chance of wrapping up work or saying goodbye. For a higher education, IE industry whose staff pour their heart and soul into their work for years on end, it's a shame they do not even have the decency to treat people with respect. The worst part is that they are making a lot of ridiculous decisions without even any sort of strategic direction - so what are they going to gain? It's mindblowing.
