Stay FAR Away - Customer Service Representative CG Creations Employee Review

At CG we were truly a team. I learned so much there. We worked hand in hand and did everything together. We celebrated our birthdays and the employee discounts were definitely a perk. The companies employee longevity is a true sign of a great company.

The only con for me is I miss them all.

There was not traffic in the area, so the commute was easy.

I never knew what time I would get out of work. I was hired on for a 10-6 shift, but I would often leave well after 7:00. It seemed that the manager was so engulfed in his work that he did not respect the time of his employees nor understand why one would be unhappy with long hours. I also felt that I was expected to learn a lot of information right away and felt that I was treated like a slow child until I caught on.
