Keeping in mind the stellar performance of our team members last year, we have come up with a rewards strategy that is in line with the best in the market. Ensuring work-life balance has always been a priority at Capillary and we have tried to promote employee well-being through various workshops on mental & physical wellness for employees and their family members, quarterly extended weekends, virtual get-togethers of team members, amongst other things. We are also looking to create a robust values framework and plan to incorporate it in our hiring strategy, onboarding and training, and rewards and recognition mechanism.
