      Annual raises are very low (2%) No bonuses No appreciation for current employees, provides high sign on bonuses for new hires and does not compensate who they have.

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people I worked with, busy every shift, learned a lot (being a student it was great).

      Cons

      Every place has stuff you are not going to love I guess. There was no direct issue with then that drove me to leave. I left when I was offered a position at an office, and after covid I was just ready for a change.
