Working here was a frustrating experience due to significant management shortcomings. One of the most glaring issues is the lack of experience among the management team. It's evident they lack the expertise needed to effectively lead and communicate with their employees. The pay offered by the company is insulting, considering the level of expertise and effort required for the job. My pay signifigantly increased when leaving to another job. Management's approach to assigning work is problematic. Instead of considering individual skills and experiences, they simply assume what employees are capable of and assign tasks accordingly. This leads to inefficiency and dissatisfaction among the workforce. Communication within the company is also severely lacking. Management fails to effectively communicate with employees, leading to misunderstandings and frustration. It's concerning how tightly connected management is, often backing each other up without addressing valid concerns raised by employees.
