Pros

Connecteam's culture runs deep. For me, I'm constantly surrounded by people who are happy, fun to work with, capable and talented, and share the same common goal as I. I'm given freedom to act, develop, and produce results, my voice is always heard, and standards and expectations from me and everyone around me are high, very high, and I love it. There is a mature, eye-level approach here in the offices, regardless of how long you've been around, or your title. In fact, titles don't mean much. For the better. If that's not enough, Connecteam is growing, FAST, tripling in size every year more or less. So growth opportunities are always around, and it's never boring.

Cons

Work-Life balance can be effected sometimes, but that is a lot because management doesn't look at the employee's working hours, for better or worse.

Pros

The people are one of the strongest aspects of the company. I had the opportunity to work with talented, hardworking colleagues who were collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping one another succeed. The product addresses a real market need and is well-positioned for the current economic environment. There is clear value for customers, and it was easy to see how the solution could help organizations improve efficiency and achieve measurable results.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment has declined considerably. There is little U.S.-based leadership or meaningful support for teams here, and employees are often treated as an extension of an outsourced operation rather than strategic contributors. While the company is experiencing growth, the lack of investment in its people and operational infrastructure makes it difficult to envision a long-term future with the organization.
