Supportive staff, Principal has teachers backs and is invested in helping them improve as educators. Plenty of engaged and students

Low budget and school will not reimburse you if you buy your own supplies. Enrolllment stays open all year and class sizes wind up being very large. Discipline could be lax as they only have detention one day a week and students often skipped it with little consequence. Communication is spotty and you may be told about things last minue.
