Cons
Cons for Cutting Edge are typical in the MSP world. Being a managed service provider for a range of clients means that it's a fast paced atmosphere. It's not a call center though, so you have time to manage everything if you don't let yourself get overwhelmed.
There is documentation for many things, SOPs regularly being created to help improve, but without intuitive thinking and a vetted troubleshooting method, you will probably flounder. Basically, if you have to be told what to do with everything, you will likely not succeed. This is again the nature of an MSP and not specific to Cutting Edge. Know what you're walking into.
