1) Horrible work life balance 2) Run by a boss who only values his customers and the figures. 3) Zero training and development, unseen or heard of in this company. 4) Poor salary package hardly competitive and justified. 5) Never state this company in your cv, i couldnt find a job in any industry due to this and partly this company isnt recognised anywhere. 6) Reference to above point , this company entirely runs as a subcontractor of some outsourcing projects hence get ready to face shady situations and ridiculous work requirements. 7) Hardly recognized in the IT industry due to tagging on to the sub-contractor scope.
