Pros

Entering five words because it makes me.

Cons

There are really too many to list, but I'll try to give you a overview of the job. They will tell you that they are focused on Training, and allowing their new sales people to learn their extremely antiquated computer system. They will lead you to believe that they are able to pay their sales people really well once they get their sales up. If it sounds vague, it's because it is. You will not know what your expectations are. You will not know how you are doing on a day to day basis. You will simply be, as cliche as it is, "thrown to the wolves". With really witty sales statements like..."Just go get 'em" and "You da Man" . Never been more disrespected. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pros

DES Employment Group cares about your mental health and treats you like a person and not just another employee. This is a company where you actually get to know everyone that is part of the company. Management takes their time to train you and makes sure you feel comfortable before leaving you on your own. Everyone is always willing to help with anything you might need even if it is from another city. They stay in constant communication with you. DES Employment Group will make you feel as part of a TEAM/Family. It really is an awesome company to work for.

Cons

DES Employment Group can be stressful at time but it is manageable. You need to learn to think a head and strategize. Meeting deadlines is a big one and super important.
