      Pros

      Freedom to own your projects but still have the flexibility to get assistance from leadership on software and controls. Lots of travel if you enjoy that.

      At times you will work long hours on site, 12-18 hours especially during Go-Live

      Managers are not given authority to terminate toxic and underachieving employees which leads some to feel like slacking off is rewarded Lack of accountability at all levels
