Pros

Great co-workers and team. Somewhat flexible schedule. Not cold calling. W2.

Cons

The leads are terrible because the marketing is terrible but you’re expected to spend 45 minutes talking to every lead even if they’re not a good fit. I had multiple calls with leads who were clearly not a good fit and then was expected to still sell to them. Most leads get on the call having no idea what the company even does and then you’re expected to close them on the first call. The calls are also advertised as “no pressure” but the sales team is expected to high pressure and even make the leads feel bad to get them to buy. The script also doesn’t make sense for a lot of the leads because it’s only targeted to coaches and course creators but the company markets to all business types. The coworkers are great, but upper management creates a hostile work environment. One of the upper leaders frequently calls the women on the team weak or even a more offensive terms. The hourly team meeting every day is basically just an hour of management yelling at the team. Also the earning potential advertised for the job is unrealistic. Even if you perform well above average you’re making less than $10K/month. There’s also no healthcare or benefits even though they’re advertised with the job. For “healthcare” they just give you the number of an independent insurance sales agent…

Pros

Formerly known as Outsourced Doers, the trainings went well and it was a pretty lax day

Cons

Management especially atlas are non existent. I was not used to just going about my day especially if I was struggling. I was fired for not working on the weekend… they gave me an ultimatum to get two deals on a Friday, which I did (totaling over 11k) and because I didn’t work on the weekend they let me go. OH and by the way, that “ultimatum” wasn’t in writing so I couldn’t fight it which was a mistake on my end.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback, Not sure what you mean by pretty Lax day, that's definitely not our sales culture. Successful sales people that work with us are hard working people that strive to always do better. There is not an expectation that anyone works on the weekend, again some of our team work on the weekend to increase their income and also if they are not hitting quota- Hitting and exceeding Quota is a matter of pride for our reps and our managers. If a SAM requires performance management, it is documented with clear deliverables along with the tools and support needed to hit targets. Putting sales people on PIPs is not our first response but in certain circumstances, we do issue them. We're always striving to do better so thanks for the feedback
