Pros
Drexel truly knows the value of work life balance. They afforded us the ability to have great PTO that can roll over and offer substantial holidays, Thanksgiving starts with a 1/2 day or off on Wednesday and off the Friday after. Christmas break is from Christmas Eve until January 2nd, with bonus days before or after. Half-day Fridays from mid-June to early September. The profit sharing match is wonderful.
Cons
Over 8,5 years the profit sharing match was waived about 3 times or more. Merit increases were not given about 3-4 years. Last year everyone was given 1% x 1 x of there annual salary in January. The pay is not competitive as equal jobs elsewhere have higher monetary compensation.
