Pros

This company is full of good people working on solving interesting problems. We work hard but also have fun. Everyone is driven, hardworking, but also kind and good team players. There is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility!! Best place I’ve worked in a long time.

Cons

You gotta love that start up life! Fast-paced performance culture is part of what it’s all about.

Pros

The people are the best part of the company. Just being in the office makes you instantly happier - Drum is fast-paced, all about productivity (tons of things going on at once), and full of some insanely qualified people, but does not miss an opportunity for fun. Office is also in a swanky wework space with tons of cool perks like Kombucha on tap and "Wine Down Wednesdays" and a great view of Midtown Atlanta.

Cons

As is the case with most startups, you'll have to fail time and time again before having much success. Drum is dealing with a dose of that and is in the process of learning/lots of trial and error. For this reason, there's not as much job security as working for a bigger company, but I have no doubt Drum will either be acquired in the next 5 years or grow into one of the top gig economy platforms in the US.

Pros

- Awesome, smart people who take their work seriously but also have a lot of fun along the way! - Decisions are made quickly, company moves really fast - Learning is embraced! We expect to figure it out as we go, including making mistakes and iterating. No ego or judgement around this -- a precedent set and exemplified starting at the top. - Technology and business can change the world. Huge idea with major global implications. Not a niche, not a small play. Going big. - Customer focus. Ethical decisions. People truly want to do the right thing for customers and the world. - Beautiful office at WeWork CODA in Midtown (Atl HQ) with loads of amenities, innovation access, and networking opportunities - Lunch provided daily from delicious restaurants (sushi, mediterranean, salads, etc) - Health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, LTD, life insurance - Founders are generous and inclusive with company equity - Marta or parking pass covered - Cell phone reimbursement - Pick your signature snack to add to the company pantry :)

Cons

It's all hands on deck at Drum. Everyone helps out with everything and flexibility is a must as plans are constantly evolving. Things move fast. All of this is normal for a startup but if it's not your thing, it might not be a good fit.
