Work Life at Erachana Technologies - Software Designer ERachana Employee Review

Pros include: 1) Located in West part of Bangalore, very close to my house 2) Good Responsibility. As soon as I joined, I had to deep dive into development of their core products. 3) Very supportive management - comprises of one person 4) Flat heirarchy 5) Good pay scale 6) Good number of female employees 7) Weekly sports event (Cricket at Kamalamman Gundi Ground) 8)

Cons include: 1) Several job responsibilities at once 2) Lack of experts inside the organization, however work efficiency is really good. 3) Lack of holidays. 4) Continuous work cycle 5) Roadmap unclear 6) Lot of decisions are taken in small groups and not proliferated to the whole team after decisions are taken. 7) Daily plans/status is collected but not published.

Overall a good growth in the Company, in spite being a fresher in the company showered with some good opportunities and knowledge for channelling the Currier

To go with Cons its quite difficult Because the reason Fresher and its my First company. but still concentrating on cons its about Pressure and Not much exposures other than work
