Pros
Really great money on some nights. Most of the staff is very friendly and fun to work with.
Cons
Management is terrible and the owners have no idea what they are doing. They are way too involved in things that they don't need to be dealing with. Because of this, there are too many "cooks in the kitchen" and communication is terrible.
