ESI incorporates employee feedback in its iterative process for continual improvement and understands the importance of accepting all feedback even if it is uncomfortable. ESI has elected to respond to this review because information in this post is false. To begin, the individual responding to this post worked at ESI for less than 3 months. ESI has policies for Diversity Equity and Inclusion and offers Diversity Equity and Inclusion training. The HR team at ESI has not received employee complaints regarding a toxic work environment or hostile ownership. ESI works to accommodate all employees with all medical conditions. Note to Glassdoor: ESI feels that the writer’s language of “psychologically unsafe” is offensive to all who suffer with mental illness.
