Company Review - Anonymous employee Elision Technologies Employee Review

Hello Every one I have around nine years of experience in Development, System Analysis and Project Coordination in so many technology like as vicidial , Asterisk , Call center solution , Call center integration ETC. Here are the review for the Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd ,they doing fraud with Employees and client both. They have changes company name OVS to Elision Technolab LLP and Elision Technolab LLP to Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd for the bed review from employee and clients. For the Employee : 1) No Scope for the learn and knowledge from this company. 2) There is nothing you can learn from the project manager (development department), No information and knowledge is available for PHP from the project manager (development department). 3) In This company project manager(Development Dept) behaviour is very rudly as per the street business level. 4) Project Manager is just for the label as you see just a symbol. 5) Employee policy is not proper as you espact for this company. 6) this company take 32000 from trainee wihtout any proof as bond or any things and not given to return any one. 7) very meaning less bond, 6 months + 2 years bonds, with month salary on hold till one year. 8) Very bad Appraisal Policy in this company, they give appraisal to employee around 5 to 6 months later. 9) They are not provide salary slip and confirmation latter, He gives after 2 months or more when you send lots of follow up with mail. 10) Elision is a hardware and server administrator related company, Zero knowlege in front-end and Back - end application development. 11) They have cheated on placement with the college (GLS College). 12) They enjoying festival on employee's money. 13) Each meeting starts after office time, the time is 7:00PM. 14) The office also called for work on Sunday. 15) The first month's salary is held on hold even though the bond is taken from the currency 16) It has been deposited security cheque as a bond given by all trainees.
