      I love what I do. I work by myself with no one breathing down my neck. I know I'm leaving the school clean and sanitary for the kids that come in the morning. I feel I am a trusted and valued member of the Enviro-Clean Team!

      Cons

      An annual merit increase should be tied into performance appraisals. Starting wage could be a bit higher.

      Can listen to music while working I loved cleaning the Grant middle school ❤️

      Low pay No recognition or reward for doing well Toxic work environment constant complaining Nothing changes. Cade makes promises to school distract than puts extra work on front line workers with out asking them and with no pay increase.
