Pros
Lots of walk ins, at least the store I was at. Tips are usually good. Offer color services. I am lucky to be in a salon with a great manager and great stylists.
Cons
Overworked, underpaid, and overwhelmed. Not enough stylists scheduled during busy times. Feels like a cattle call, all you do is get people in and out of your chair. This company has really burnt me out on doing hair. Way too much for the stylists to have to leave a client in the chair multiple times during a service to answer the phones, greet people, sign in clients, answer questions, and have to sell retail. Doing hair should be the main focus.
