The corporate office "store support center" is run by people with inflated titles and the skills from other failed, out of business retailers. All the skilled people have either left or have been fired to make room for unskilled, young, cheap wanna be's. They hand out director titles like their ugly stuffed toys made in China for their overpriced Toyland. It's a horrendously, unhealthy toxic environment which is enforced by sucking any creativity clean out of the souls it feeds on. Pay is ridiculous. They just fired 65 people from the office, which is 20% of the office staff. 70% of those people were over the age of 40. Fleet Farm gives new meaning to, you are just a number. The work put on employees is impossible, they continue to fire people and just hand out the work to others, then use that money to compound the salary of another "director". Harrassment is rewarded, the worse you treat employees, the higher you climb.
