Pros
Foresight has been a wonderful company to work for. The the overall atmosphere is excellent with options to work from home and go to the office. The management team helps everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. They treat you like a person, not an employee. My team members were great with helping me get setup and while working together throughout projects. Foresight does fun and interesting things such as happy hours and team games. The hiring process was great and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere.

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.
