      Pros

      FMG employs kind, smart, driven, and talented people. You can’t do much better in terms of corporate culture. I felt supported my entire time there, and there was real investment in employee training and development. It also is nice to work on interesting and impactful projects.

      Good workplace culture, values employees, leadership is transparent and regularly surveys the workplace to inform business decisions.

      Cons

      Contract based work is always a mixed-bag. Can sometimes become easy to get stuck working on a particular contract without ability to move laterally.
