Unpleasant Experience - Hostess Fortuna's Row Employee Review

I worked as a hostess at this restaurant, and my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The work environment was unwelcoming, with employees displaying a noticeable lack of warmth. The managers were consistently rude, providing no constructive feedback and seemingly finding fault in everything I did. The constant picking on my performance made for an unpleasant work atmosphere, making it challenging to enjoy my time there. I would not recommend this company as an employer based on my negative encounters with both the staff and management.
