Pros
Gorgeous office space to work in, small team (but growing!). This company has obviously worked hard to curate a great team of people that mesh well together. There is so much opportunity to grow into the position/area you want to. Also, our birthday celebrations are epic.
Cons
My desk is by the window overlooking DTLA, so when the sun is super high in the sky we have to close the shades.
