Pros
big company with reputaion in IDC industry in China, high quality customer base, stable business model. Still expand business in oversea market and seems aggressively develop market share.
Cons
Not much space for personal career development, almost no welfare, except basic medical insurance. Cloud customers have big impact on GDS business and stock price. Still a whole sale IDC provider, little capability to serve SMB in IT requirement compared to local competitor.
