Not many... Yes they would give us the time off we requested. But it was up to us to find somebody to cover our shift. The FT folks would never help. We got hired during the middle of the pandemic. We got paid 5hrs but only worked 2. So that was good. But I think that was so we didn't quit.

Lack of training. Yes we had no passengers but when we did nobody showed us how to check in. No empathy from pilots towards the end of us getting laid off. Towards the end of our last day at work there was no communication with upper management. Our severance package consisted of the 2 days we worked and 2 weeks severance. Which amounted to 20 hr.s I think they could have done better especially since this was sprung on us. We live in one of the most expensive cities is US. Allow us the opportunity to be better prepared.
