Over the past five years, I’ve been working in the logistics department at Galaxy Global International, and I’ve witnessed the company grow step by step in the seafood and ready-to-eat products industry. We started with a 4,000 sq ft office and warehouse, and now we have over 60,000 sq ft of office space along with a fully equipped new warehouse. We’ve also expanded with branch offices in California and New York. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come.
What has stood out to me the most is the team culture here — we support each other, learn from one another, solve challenges together, and grow together. Along this journey, I’ve developed not only professionally, but also personally. I’ve become more capable, more confident, and more grounded.
One moment that meant a lot to me was when my mother became seriously ill and I needed to return to China to take care of her. The company immediately arranged remote work for me, without pressure or doubt — just trust and understanding. That truly touched me. In that moment, I realized this is not just a workplace — it’s a place where people stand by you.
I’m very grateful for the support and trust along the way.
