      Pros

      Fun and good vibes in the work place. Very nice interior design of the office. Direct leads are considerate and reasonable when you share your opinions.

      Cons

      Need to improve English for all employees to increase advantage for our studio. By default, everyone still speaks in Vietnamese when talking to each other in the studio.

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
