Pros
Going to events throughout town and getting to meet new people is fun for me. Not long hours and great commission. You get to put your availability and are scheduled accordingly. This is a great team and we have each others backs and work well together. Management changed and we have a great work environment surrounded by people who care and take a lot of pride in what they do. They promote from within and are very respectful. I like that they take the time to get to know you and even if you don't have prior experience, they are willing to work with you and coach you.
Cons
No health insurance. For some this is not a 9-5 kind of place. Not a set schedule and you don't know where you are going to be from one week to the next. That works great for me but for others, this could be something they are not interested in.
