Fun, Great membership perk (Free), HOTWORX branding on everything. Infrared workouts have alot of Benefits. Easy Sale.

Cons

Membership driven. Every owner has different business goals. Management takes care of social media, business development, membership sales, member retention, hiring, new and continual training of employees. Asked to stay in studio while trying to increase revenue without prospecting. Infancy stage with communicating mission statement to ever-changing systems of trail and error projects. Unorganized training modules, social media marketing & advertising efforts are done by a nationwide company. No personal content engagement. Each Franchise Owner can spend more money to bring in more leads. The owners that spend more get better exposure and name brand awareness. While the ones that keep to the minimum budget expect the same results as the ones that create the right traction with a bigger budget.
