I don't know where communication was breaking down, but leadership didn't listen to the therapists. They kept trying to push infrastructure that worked in the substance program but doesn't work for individual therapy onto the mental health program. And then they were talking about reducing the clinical supervision for the clinicians to monthly, even though we told them, repeatedly, that weekly supervision was a requirement of our licensure.
