Mission oriented non-profit with highly motivated and educated body of employees seeking to increase educational opportunities for the underprivileged.
Cons
Work can be slower and more tedious than other corporate or for profit environments.
People are very nice here, and welcoming even to an entry level employee. Not only are they interested in what you have to say, but are interested in pushing you to become better and inspire you in your ideas even farther.
Cons
As the foundation is fairly new, the office can be quiet and kind of dull. I don't think many people hang out outside of work, but they are happy and get along during office hours.
