Good community hospital, friendly staff

Low pay, more responsibility and burnout

They rotate weekends and give you an hour lunch mandatory

I had the worst experience here with specific groups within this establishment, no matter their title, consistently targeting and trying to bully POC. Management is absolutely no help and they just stress you out even more. My first time being there, a prior employee and complete stranger did actually warn me and told me that I shouldn't have taken the job because of the way they run the establishment. you will be working alone with 20+ patients and will still be told not to ask for help "too much." this is only one problem. there was also rats and roaches in the hospital.
