Works great with my college schedule and allows me to work evenings and weekends. Everyone is supportive and they want me to move into leadership after school.

The pandemic has made it harder to keep staff so I seem to work more shifts because of it. But I guess it’s temporary so I get it.

Can be lucrative if you work hard and hustle. Money can be good, can be fun at events

Horrible work culture. Events are hit or miss and the booths fall apart and aren’t always stocked. Usually have to work outside rain or shine
