• Do not work here. • Lawyer’s Assistant makes this job insufferable - very rude and lacks knowledge • Very high turnover rate. In the past year over 20 employees have quit • hostile work environment • refuses to give raises because he hires overseas workers for very low compensation Overall this job could be great because BH is a great lawyer/person however, the high turn around stems from his assistant who thinks she’s inferior and can talk and say anything to the workers and BH thinks it’s ok.

There aren’t any pros that I can think of.

Terrible management, no real HR, a lot of micromanaging. The attorney doesn’t care about the clients. His only concern is money. I didn’t receive any proper training I had to train myself. The manager allows his executive assistant to run the firm and she is terrible with no actual legal experience. He wants you to work a bunch of extra hours that you aren’t paid for. It was only myself, 2 other case managers, and a managing paralegal and we all quit on the same day. That is how bad it was.
