High-paced, high-performing Startup - Operations Horizon3.ai Employee Review

This has been an amazing first few months , what is most evident is that the company is laser focused on taking advantage of the opportunity that we have. Leadership has a clear vision of what type of company we are building. The team is incredibly driven, and we continue to add A players to the org.

We are growing at a pace that is rare to see these days. So if you are not comfortable with change at an org that is high drive this might be a painful place to be. The tools are in place, the processes are being improved every day and the team is leaned in.

Wonderful team of extremely talented people on a mission to charge how we handle cybersecurity. Leadership is very engaged with the employees. They are very transparent on the how things are going and what we need to do to keep pushing forward. No ivory towers here! Excellent pay and decent work life balance. The company is growing fast but it’s also keeping its soul which a MAJOR breath of fresh air. All of the diabolical things you read about corporate America doesn’t exist here. It’s a blessing.

No major cons in the company or its leaders. My only major con is they don’t (yet) offer any matching on 401k. I hope this changes in the near future.
