Bad experience - Anonymous employee ICEYE Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and apologies we have failed to respond in a timely manner! I want to start off by apologizing for your negative experience with our company. As much as we appreciate the feedback overall and have been reflecting on it, we wish to address a few items: - No compensation for overtime or any system for recording working hours (illegal): I am sorry there has been misunderstanding on such a important issue. We do have a process for employees to submit and receive compensation for overtime hours. - Almost all employees are students with no previous work experience and no real management structure: The professional level of our employees is diverse and within each team we are having employees with different educational and professional backgrounds. We are offering a great first work experience to some of our employees but we are also having many employees with wide work experience. Within the last 6 months we have also developed our organisational structure to be more clear and precise. As a fast growing start-up, we have experienced some growing pains. It is really important for us to hear honest feedback to make sure we recognize the areas where we should improve. Thank you again for your honest feedback!
