Pros
Sense of Community- team building nights. People are mostly nice to each other.
Cons
You get to the company at 7-8 am, practice sales and pitching. Then you commute to Walmart of Best Buy to get people to sign up for cable & internet. You leave in the worst traffic (about 5-6) to go back to the office and can leave about 7. Then you go home and do that six days per week. You get paid 3-4 weeks after you get hired. It is sales and not high commission sales. 100/week is the base pay-so part time at McDonalds. There are so many fake terms and fake job titles to learn. No one is making money including the owners. It is a scam. No one has been doing this for long. They are all new. The person who is giving you alot of advice has been there 5 months and then you don't see them anymore and it turns out they quit.
