      unreasonable pay and regularly change working conditions without informing.

      Cons

      I've been working with Kyna for 3 years, the first year was so reasonable and supportive. However, after the first year is terrible. The operators and academic team always make mistake on my class. My classes were cancelled by them after I finished teaching and I got penalty without any mistakes. Even I messaged them to inform about that. However, They ignored me and asked me to appeal. I did it but finally, they had not changed anything. So my pay was totally taken without being reasonable. They obviously don't provide any helps and keep doing mistakes all the time even with the student's lesson.

      Pros

      The kids who learn English through Kyna for Kids are the most hardworking and dedicated students that I have ever had the privilege to teach! These Students are absolutely fantastic!

      - Flexible Scheduling - Vietnamese are generally more well-behaved and have stronger English skills than mainland Chinese students - Expanding Market Potential: Recently added Thai students - Ability to decline students you don't want to teach - No parent evaluations (that I'm aware of)

      Cons

      - TERRIBLE Platform Issues: Their web-based app is a homegrown headache - Phone App is also problematic and error-prone - SUPER LOW pay: $7 USD + $1 for "completed" classes for Native Teachers with advanced degrees - POOR Service: Firemans are sporadic in platforms; poor service level for teachers; frequent accounting errors in pay -10% Income Tax (no other Vietnamese Teaching Company charges this for foreign teachers/highly suspect)
