Pros

I've been with them for a few years now, and it's been a healthy working environment. The team from peers to executives is approachable and supportive, assuring you that you don't need to be perfect but can learn step by step. They encourage you to upgrade your skills and even offer free GHL trainings!

Cons

You might not be able to get an immediate response when you need support since everyone is full packed with tasks. Though the management assures that you are assigned to a client of your niche, there are clients who would give you tasks beyond your skill set. This is one of the reasons why Level 9 Virtual encourages us to hone our skills when we have the time since it's not just for personal growth but also for us to work with multiple clients if we want to earn more and as much as possible, to work independently.

Some processes can be slow at times, and a few tasks could be more organized.

Pros

* Fair salary. Honestly, way better than what a bunch of other companies are offering. * The team’s got your back with their support and willingness to collaborate. * Management is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about you and your growth. * You get to learn with their paid courses and weekly access to mentoring sessions on different niches like GHL, Facebook Ads, etc. * Every week, you get face time with the higher-ups, even the owner, Joe Rare, to address client or work issues. * Remote-friendly with fixed hours for full-time and flexible schedules for VAs.

Cons

* Work is sometimes fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and be on your toes every shift. * Dealing with clients can be challenging, but support is always available.
