Pros
The products are great technologically. The people that work here are some of the brightest, hardest working people I know.
Cons
While the management team says a lot of good things, they don't follow through. They talk about about employee development, but in my tenure here there has been zero effort made to actually develop good employees. When you are good at what you do, you end up stuck there, with no opportunity to advance your career.
The company has also been rather sexist, at least historically. Women make up less than 10% of the company rank and file, and similar percentages of management. Women are relegated to "soft" roles like HR, customer success, etc. Generally there is a huge lack of diversity in the staff.
