Marksman review. - Security Officer Marksman Security Corporation Employee Review

I have been working for Marksman over 4 years. This is my retirement job. Before that for sure time I work for allied. There is no comparison. Marksman is fantastic in every way. We are constantly supervised and we constantly supervise security guards to do the absolute best job possible. I have talk to many people that work for other companies and found that working from Marksman is so much better. Their pay is better than most companies. The bottom line is they do a better job than any other security company out there.

It would be nice to have a little more PTO, but working for this great company more than makes up for that

They have no pros, no good organization skills

They lie to your face in Cedar Rapids Iowa to get people on the job. Bree Taylor said a hold different thing when we got out. I did not need to continue to work to see it was a bribe. I let them had the job. And said I acted like I was on drugs and did all this extra to her because she didn't want to cooperated answering questions with me being brand new to the company, plus I spit my ground and see it I applied for Access-control specialist, and In agreed to working in the booth, and people entering in and out..If if she thinks I'm on drugs because I'm not going to let them make a fool out of, then so be it. I recently found out they have those people out there doing everything but the booth, and going through different changes. I didn't need to stay there to see it was a false cause. I was out the door the same day. This is the first job I walked off immediately, and will never look back. I catch on to stuff quickly, and one people can't do is make a fool out of me, y'all going to keep on lying and trying to bribe people until you're going out of business.
