Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

A very bad organisation led by a very self obsessed woman. No learning. Only double ended sword where they talk about personal space and then talk deep things and then loose it all by not giving personal boundaries to their own employees.

Pros

The work they do is good, for a cause.

Cons

The organization is primarily led by family members, which often results in decisions being made based on their preferences rather than the expertise and experience brought by the team. The director displays a lack of confidence in managing teams and struggles with effective leadership. Many team members are relatively new to the workforce and have limited experience beyond this organization. As a result, they often exhibit behavior that reflects a narrow view of professional work culture. Additionally, internal communication tends to focus on gossip and negativity. The organization claims to prioritize workplace safety and inclusivity, but there is a disconnect between this vision and the actual work environment, which does not feel supportive or inclusive. Upon my departure, there was no formal exit interview or any acknowledgment of my contributions. This lack of professionalism left me feeling undervalued. The work environment became increasingly challenging, with exclusion from important meetings and a reassignment of my responsibilities. I would have appreciated direct communication rather than these subtle actions leading to my resignation.

Pros

I had an incredible experience working with this organisation. There was endless scope for learning, growth, and meaningful contribution. The team has always been open to new ideas and implementing them. The work they do is truly impactful and rooted in strong feminist values, creating a safe space. I started my journey as a fresher and left with many developed skills and so much beyond that.

Cons

The route is a bit exhausting, however there is space to take work from home as well!
